kidart.jpg (9628 bytes)The Learning Early Network, facilitated by the Bradford County Regional Arts Council, is a collaboration of people and organizations committed to enriching the lives of children ages 0 to 5. The Network is dedicated to helping our youngest members of society on the road to a life of fulfillment by doing what comes naturally - learning.

Members are parents and professionals in the fields of child care, family care, health care, education, and government. Member organizations include schools, libraries, daycare centers, family resource centers, Head Start programs, hospital wellness and birthing programs, and government programs.

Goals of the Learning Early Network include providing access to a network of individuals and organizations that can pursue joint projects and funding options, share knowledge or resources, and find new ways to "Make A Difference By Learning Early." Research shows the most important educational and social learning time of a child's life is before the age of 3. The time to make a difference is now.
